Art Appreciation

I seldom appreciate art in 'art' way....but I really like this one. Got it from a forwarded mail from a friend of mine...

Intelligent calculation, planning, creativity, imagination, original and nice design... I have to say "Very well done" and "5 thumbs up!"

Julian Beever is an English artist who's famous for his art on the pavement of England, France, Germany, USA, Australia and Belgium . Beever gives an amazing 3D illusion to his drawings.
**Remember : all these are flat on the floor pavement!!

I finally own a House !

I finally can call myself a house owner (well...at least half of it! :) ). Finally after 3 years with one year delay, we get the keys of our house that we 'might' call home. Located at Bandar Saujana Putra, it is a totally new township by LBS.

In short, I love the house, environment and surrounding. With a small lake and another playground just within less then 5 minutes of walking distance. Imagine 2 small parks for me to choose ! Can imagine lil' jo happily playing there ! :) just hope she won't fall into the lake though! ops.. *touch wood* !!

But, being a new development, the developer prematurely deliver the property with no proper access... our so call Highway Interchange (yes, need to pay tol! ) from Elite highway has yet to be completed. So we are left with only one access now - like driving through the half desert-like place, passing through underground bridge with next to it is a big river (is it Sg Klang?), no road lights, 2 sharp 90 degrees turn (if you go there at nite any time you will go off the road) ...
Another thing i don't like is the address - Kuala Langat! where is that? hello ?
So we were there...checking our 1st stage of house defects - found 48 items! hmm..better then my previous encounter (not my house ok!) with Talam Property of 10 pages of defects...and Bukit Hitam development (of if not mistaken >60 items) .. or am i not careful enough this time ? hmmm..

This is how my house look like...

Entrance... I don't like the concept of the wolden staircase.. :(

The view of the interior..

they did not use a ruler to draw lines...

perhaps they rare some cement-eater-insects to bite a line on the wall...

someone bangs the window frame to release tension...

trying to reduce cost by cutting 2 cm lesser of wood? ..

hollow checking....

my outcome.. but after that i heard from a fren that if not >50% of hollowness, they will not change for us...alamak...can I rub off permanent marker pen from tiles? back view ....

the playground on the same road as my house...

the lake.....sorry cannot see it from here and passing beside the big river.. :(

driving through the desert....hohoho

Wondering when can I actually move into it....hmm...
