Found a lot of unrelated results displayed... until one... Yes - Kementerian Hal Ehwal Pengguna Malaysia....

I was surprised and amazed that the site look so attactive. They even have a e-Aduan! waaaa... they have really improved these days.

Being a more then regular Internet users, I wanted to post in all my queries and try up the e-Aduan System...yippie ..I was thinking...at least a site where can answer all our queries! hopefully....

This site looks conviencing that all our complains/queries will be answered..very good .. Previously I writen to Employees' Rights Department, my e-mail got forwarded to someone else...and dot dot dot.....no answers..

ehhe..too bad.. I need to register to use the system. Lazy me, I found the Hotline in the site and called up instead. :) Sorry guys - cannot update on the system functionality..ehhe

Call up the Hotline... and wa...another thumbs-up. They picked up the phone call fast!
More thumbs-up => The Service personnel know how to speak good English and entertain me just like how those Credit Cards Center will do... hmm.professional

HAHA..but too bad...after my long story (which she listens in empathy) she gave me to the nearest HEP(Hal Ehwal Pengguna) office address and directed me to go report there. What if I report online? (yaya..the convincing e-Aduan) I asked. She told me they will do the same. So much of e-Aduan...hai....

The procedure - go to the office manually and fill up the form. They need original receipts and other documentations if relevant. With that, they will do the analysis and get back to us... *sigh*

I just wanna know our right! Please! Anyone got any info on our rights as consumer?? I don't want to know the Act, I want the description of the Act! HELP!

Have you Ever - part 2

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS?!!!

yes yes! I need to know my rights! What rights we have as a consumer??

My hubby purchase a new cheap handphone model recently for spare, with a one year warranty. He tested the phone by trying to call his handphone. It rang....so should be ok...

Being a spare hp, it was until 10 days later we found out that the other person on the other line could not hear our voice at all.

So when back to the shop. Shop owner open the casing and say the screw of the Hp has been opened. Warranty will not be valid. Saying as if it was our fault.What??!!

For what we open the screw when there is still 1 year warranty ? Steal the part and claim it is spoilt? This is a cheap handphone man! below RM 200 only!

Frustrated and cheated, he insist to put the hp there and ask them to get it fixed.

After rounds of communication, the owner insist :
1. This time , the hp will be fixed for free
2. One year warranty will be invalid - forever
3. She claimed she herself has personally check each hp when she got it from dealer for defect. (What does she means? Means we open the screw ourself lo - *DOINK!* ) :(

"LUCKY" this is only a cheap phone! What if we purchase a good one???

Have you ever purchase something and later...or somehow feel you are cheated?
I have...numerous times

Being a "good" customer..I never know how to bargain or complain.. guess those sales ppl are very happy to have me as a customer! Profit level = 100 % ... $_$

I want to start to train my bargain skill

Last weekend...at a Thai Fair ... my @_@ spotted a bag shop. Tot of buying a sling bag so I could carry it myself when carrying bb Joey out next time! (Hubby have been carrying my handbag each time..hehe..pity him!)

1st mistake : I choose and analyse all the bags available until I finally found one. I look happy.
2nd mistake : Ask salesperson to get the bag for me. I even checked for defect.
3rd mistake : Satisfied, passed back the bag with a "I WILL BUY THIS" look printed on my face.

Then
" Errrrrrrr... Boleh Kurang ka?"

*DUH*

Success Rate : 0%
Sales Person Happy Rate : 100 %
