Knowledge? Share?? Hmph

with my new boss
It was an eye opener for me about sharing of knowledge in this company... it is not about a system, but a journey... Fuh! kindda like art to me.. :)

I am blessed enough to be selected as one of the representative for my company for the Final competition in the recent Malaysia Emerging Knowledge Org award..yup.. my comp got into top 3 in this national event and that day was the day to compete with the other 2 to determine the ranking... 1, 2...3... I really feel fortunate and bless to be able to join the event (which I believe is too costly) though I am a newbie..

And my company emerge the top 2! Congratulations!

In this new company, monthly we have a half day of sharing session. This month, our sharing was done together with Group HR cum Christmas party. It was fun! We have karaoke, sharing, games and exchange gifts!

For gift exchange, every one pick a wish from a board. ...me being the kiasu one picked...

"BE HAPPY ALWAYS!"... why (cos I will be happy if i am healthy, rich, bla bla bla...which covers most of the other wishes! ho ho ho)
