Help Me Please!!

Can anyone please help me!! I have been trying to find what bird is this??! Please pleasee...
So far I suspect it is call EAGLE OWL or Hawk Owl...but the mouth look too pointed and it don't have the 'horn-like' feathers on the side of the head.. then I saw in Birds guide...it also look like hawk - Red Kite (Milvus milvus) or Merlin (Falco columbarius)
